3. Processing Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Delays

Any delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, strikes, or customs clearance are beyond Zouhi's control.

Refund & Returns Policy

At Zouhi, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom orders
• Made-to-order pieces
• Discounted or sale items

3. Refund Mode

Refunds can be processed in the following ways, depending on your preference and the nature of the return:

• Store credit

• Bank refund (where applicable)

4. Refund Timelines

• Bank refund: 5–7 business days after approval
• International refunds: 7–10 business days (may vary depending on bank and currency)

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
